Timothy co-leads research and global business development.  He is a veteran of the institutional investment industry with over 30 years of experience. He received an M.S. in International Economics from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a B.A. from the University of Arizona. Timothy also conducted Ph.D. research in Economics at the University of Chicago and the University of Paris-Sorbonne as a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. He joined Eckhardt in March 2025 to drive the firm’s strategic growth and quantitative innovation.
